How long will my order take?

  • Our standard delivery takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
    Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Sunday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Any purchases made thereafter will be dispatched the following working day.

 

How much is delivery?

  • Our standard delivery to UK mainland areas is free. If you need your items sooner, you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery at checkout.

 

Can I place an order from overseas?

  • Unfortunately we currently do not offer delivery outside of mainland UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).

 

Can I get better prices for ordering my packaging in bulk?

  • Yes, we have steep discounts for ordering in bulk. If you require a quantity or size that is not offered, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item, please return the goods within 30 days of the invoice date to the address below. Please include the original packing slip along with a brief explanation. A refund will be issued in line with our terms and conditions once the goods have been received and inspected.
