








1.1 In these Terms and Conditions:
– “Buyer” means the individual, company, or entity who places an order for goods from the Seller.
– “Seller” refers to Bag It Packaging Ltd (Company No. 07437517), registered at Unit 9, Housham Hall Farm, Harlow Road, Matching Tye, Harlow, Essex CM17 0PB, VAT No. 930 9279 09.
– “Goods” means all products and materials agreed to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer pursuant to an Order.
– “Order” means any request by the Buyer to purchase Goods, whether submitted via the Seller’s website, by telephone, or in writing.
– “Customised Products” shall mean any Goods made or modified specifically for the Buyer’s requirements and not part of the Seller’s standard product range.
– “Terms” shall mean these terms and conditions of sale, which shall apply to all contracts entered into between the Buyer and the Seller.
2.1 These Terms govern all sales of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer and shall supersede any other terms proposed by the Buyer, whether oral or written, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
2.2 No variation of these Terms shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by a director or authorised representative of the Seller.
3.1 All prices quoted by the Seller are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
3.2 The Seller reserves the right to amend pricing without prior notice, save for Orders already accepted.
3.3 Where the Buyer does not hold a credit account, payment for Goods must be made in full at the time of placing the Order.
3.4 Where the Buyer holds an approved credit account with the Seller, payment must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Visit Nexen
3.5 The Seller reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of three percent (3%) above the Bank of England base rate on any overdue sums from the due date until the date of actual payment.
3.6 Orders placed on a pro forma basis shall be valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of invoice, after which they may be cancelled or require re-quotation.
4.1 The Seller shall use reasonable endeavours to dispatch all orders placed before 2:30 PM (Sunday to Friday) on the same day.
4.2 Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of placing the Order. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.
4.3 Standard delivery is offered free of charge to UK mainland addresses and is estimated at 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery is available subject to an additional fee and service availability.
4.4 Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery or collection. Title shall remain with the Seller until full payment has been received.
4.5 Delivery is to the front entrance of the Buyer’s ground floor premises unless otherwise agreed. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage incurred while assisting with internal delivery at the Buyer’s request.
4.6 The Seller does not ship Goods outside of the United Kingdom. Collection of Goods from the Seller’s premises may be arranged upon request.
5.1 The Buyer shall have the right to cancel an Order within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
5.2 Returned Goods must be unused, in original condition, and suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. The Seller reserves the right to refuse refund or credit for Goods not meeting these criteria.
5.3 Return shipping is at the Buyer’s expense unless the Goods are faulty or supplied in error.
5.4 Customised Products cannot be cancelled or returned once an order has been confirmed.
5.5 Refunds or credits shall be issued following inspection of returned Goods and confirmation of their condition.
6.1 The Buyer must inspect all Goods upon delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within three (3) working days.
6.2 Where Goods are found to be faulty or damaged, the Seller may, at its discretion, replace the Goods, issue a refund, or offer a repair. The Seller’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Goods.
6.3 The Seller shall not be liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modification of the Goods.
7.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the supply or use of the Goods.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Seller’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labour disputes, governmental actions, pandemic, courier delays, or natural disasters.
9. General
9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller with respect to the sale of Goods.
9.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9.4 The Seller’s Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
