Everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives. We offer free delivery on all orders over £25, with fast dispatch from our Harlow warehouse.
We aim to get every order moving as quickly as possible. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse based on the time they're placed:
Orders placed before 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:30pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
The delivery service we use depends on the size and weight of your order, so it always arrives in the most efficient way.
Smaller items are sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service.
Larger or heavier orders are sent via a tracked courier for safe, reliable delivery.
For deliveries outside UK mainland or to remote areas, an alternative courier may be used and delivery can take a little longer. This includes:
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation that includes your tracking number, the courier used, and a PDF copy of your invoice — so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
In the rare event of a delay, we'll get in touch with an updated dispatch date so you're always kept in the loop.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Orders and enquiries received outside these hours are handled on the next working day.
