These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the sale of goods by Bag It Packaging Ltd. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bag It Packaging Ltd; "you" and "your" refer to the customer; and "goods" means the products you order from us. "Website" means bagitpackaging.co.uk.
Bag It Packaging Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 07437517), with its registered office at Unit 9, Housham Hall Farm, Harlow Road, Matching Tye, Harlow, Essex, CM17 0PB. Our VAT number is 930 9279 09.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only once we accept your order and dispatch the goods. We may reject an order if the goods are unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to authorise your payment.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as you are responsible for ensuring the products, sizes and quantities are correct.
Prices are shown on the website and may be displayed excluding VAT; the applicable VAT is added at checkout. We take all reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will let you know before processing your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Delivery is free on all orders over £25; a small charge applies to orders under this amount, calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day; otherwise they are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We currently deliver within the UK only. For non-mainland and remote areas an alternative courier may be used and delivery may take longer. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
If you change your mind or order the wrong product, you may return unused goods in their original packaging within 30 days for a credit, exchange or refund. Return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with details and photographs. We will arrange a replacement, refund or repair as appropriate, and cover any associated return costs.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for business losses, and we do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, supplier failures, transport disruption, extreme weather or other force majeure events.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
